Ingredients
30ml fresh lemon juice
10ml honey water (2:1)
30ml fresh egg white
10ml raspberry syrup
Garnish: skewered raspberry and mint leaf
What You Need
Cocktail shaker
Coupette glass
METHOD
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker.
Dry shake first for 8 seconds without ice.Then add cubed ice and hard shake for 8-10 seconds before double straining into a Coupette glass.
Garnish with a skewered raspberry and a mint leaf.
