INGREDIENTS
• 45ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 15ml Vanilla Syrup
• 4pc Raspberries muddled (frozen works best)
• 10ml Egg White (Optional)
• 40ml Soda
• Garnish: 2x Raspberries
WHAT YOU NEED
• Glassware Highball
• Cocktail shaker
• Strainer
METHOD
• Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker and fill shaker with ice.
• Shake hard.
• Strain into a tall glass.
• Top with soda.
• Garnish and enjoy.
