Ingredients
2oz Brut Champagne
1.5oz Honeyed apple juice*
5 Drops of mint bitters
Blue matcha dust
*Honeyed apple juice:2 parts clear apple juice
1 part blossom honey
What You Need
Highball glass
Stirrer
Ice column
METHOD
Simmer the apple juice and the blossom honey over a low heat until the honey dissolves.
Allow to cool.
