Ingredients
1 oz Blue Label Ice Chalet
1.3 oz Honeyed Apple Juice*
2.0 oz Brut Champagne
5 x Drops Mint Bitters
Garnish - Blue Matcha Powder (link)
(Pre-dusted on glass)
Ice - Preferably clear column ice
Add all ingredients to pre-chilled and pre-dusted highball glass.
Add ice (last)
Stir until cold and mixed
*Honeyed Apple Juice
2 parts clear apple juice, 1 part blossom honey (stirred until dissolved)
What You Need
Highball glass
Stirrer
Ice column
METHOD
Simmer the apple juice and the blossom honey over a low heat until the honey dissolves.
Allow to cool.
Preparation
