CHLOE'S BOOTS

In tribute to the trailblazers of women’s football in Australia, we have created five unique pairs of football boots, hand-crafted from the boots these legends walked in all those years ago. Chloe’s pair gifted to her has been made up of past legends boots including: Emma Zielke, Joanne Huggins, Debbie Lee, Erin Phillips and Lynn Smith.

The Shoemaker

As part of the campaign we approached skilled artisan shoemaker and cordwainer; Matea Glušćevič. Based in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia, her previous work has been acquired by the Powerhouse Museum and has featured in several Australian Fashion Weeks. Crafting all five pairs of boots from the 21 pairs of legendary players’ boots, she has used her full skill and design-led approach to help bring these new boots to life.
