Ingredients

  • 60ml Brut Champagne

  • 40ml Honeyed apple juice*

  • 5 Drops of mint bitters

  • Blue matcha dust

    *Honeyed apple juice:

  • 2 parts clear apple juice

  • 1 part blossom honey

What You Need

  • Highball glass

  • Stirrer

  • Ice column

METHOD

  • Simmer the apple juice and the blossom honey over a low heat until the honey dissolves.

  • Allow to cool.
